They were pleasant, courteous, and knew what I needed.

In and out in less than 5 minutes. Really knowledgeable staff, state of the art machine that tests shoe size as well as where your foot mostly applies pressure. Staff was able to derive results and use that to make recommendations. Would absolutely recommend.

Red wing boots are not your timberlands or ariats or any of that other garbage. These are real boots. There are real Americans in a factory in MN making these boots by hand. Do some research before you buy these and know what kind of care is involved. Again these are not a pair of 150 whatever’s that you slap on are somewhat comfy wear for 6 months and throw away. I’m a residential framer and am on my second resole of my 875s my boots look pretty darn good. Because I clean them regularly and condition/protect them. I paid about 200 with a discount I forgot which one. 100$ per resole and they stick/minor fixes for that price. Yes it takes a month so for the re sole. I have 2 pairs and resole every 6 months or so. These boots are going to last me YEARS.

Very happy I drove the distance to go to this store. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Plus the high tech sizing device they use my new shoes feel great and I'm sure that feeling will continue as I'm on my feet all day. I highly recommend this particular Red Wing shoe store.

I will never buy another brand of boots. Excellent quality, excellent comfort, they are repairable, lifetime shoe laces, lifetime waterproofing. There is no point to buy another brand besides if you want to buy 3 pair of 100 dollar boots for the life of of pair of Red Wing 200 dollar boots. A+

Fitted for a new pair of boots and was advised to install new orthotic inserts. It made a world of difference as the pain in my foot and knee has diminished significantly.

I have never had a more personal and easy experience buying shoes! Got a discount from work and got a free after which I always could use more shirts! The employee was wonderful and blunt about which shoes where what. I am going to reccomended Red Wing to my co-workers when I get the chance.

This is a great location for the famous Red Wing boots. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They were also willing to swap out a pair of boots I bought for a smaller size after a few days. Great store.

We have shopped here for years for my husband's steel toe boots. We were disappointed to discover that the boot he always purchased had been discontinued. The sales representative went above and beyond to get the last pair in any of the stores for him! Great shoes! Even better service!

Having never been to a Red Wings before, I walked into the store and was immediately greeted. The man was the GM, who explained where to look for what and explained all of the selections. I was very happy with the knowledge of the product and his sincere desire to help me get the right boot. He walked me through each boot I liked, the pros and cons and I left spending $350 happy. Great place for hand made boots. You are paying for quality here. The guy that helped me helped place an order for the boots that I needed for my wedding. He even described how to properly care fort the boots and warranty details.

I had no idea what to look for except knowing I needed boots rated for Canada. The gentleman (apologies I forget his name) was so kind and thorough. He walked me through the options- and features and benefits of one over another. He also suggested some orthotic inserts (which were on sale) that really made the boots perfect! I had a great experience buying my new Red wing boots at this store a few days ago. The store manager was very helpful in allowing me to try on many different pairs of boots until I found the perfect fit for me. When I'm ready to buy another pair of Red wings I'm definitely be back here again.

The salesperson (Abbie) was very helpful. My son tried on many different sizes and styles. The size in the style we wanted was not available at the store we were at, but the salesperson found a nearby store that had it in stock and called ahead for them to hold it for us. When we arrived at the other store the shoes were waiting for us, and we were in and out very quickly

Great place. I love how they oil my boots and give out free laces. The boots are great, comfortable and long lasting.

One of the sons waited on me. He was great, I bought two sets of shoes, a set of boots and he threw in a belt.
