Salesperson was super good, helped me find some good boots with proper arch support inserts which Ive had a hard time finding.

I'm in the process of purchasing new boots and after trying several different PRO shoe makers I absolutely had a fantastic experience today at the Red Wing Store located in Lincolnshire, IL. The Sales persons name was Oscar who made my visit to the store a measurable one. He was Knowledgeable, Professional and extremely supportive. I was not familiar with red Wing boots and had to try on several different pairs with 2 different sizes for each. Oscar never once showed that he was impatient. He continued to share the differences each model had to offer and continued to be pleasantly supportive. On a rating of 1 to 10 Oscar is truly a number 10. If you are thinking of purchasing winter boots try on a pair of Red Wing's before deciding on what boots are best for you. I would highly recommend going to this store and work with Oscar for his support and knowledge to be sure you purchase the right boots for you. They have many different styles for Work or style. You will not be disappointed.
