The staff is great. Cheryl, the store manager, is fantastic. My son purchased a pair of work boots from Cheryl, and he says they are the most comfortable boots he’s ever worn. Unfortunately, the boots had an issue with the sole, but Cheryl stepped in and gave him a new pair as a replacement for the defect. No other shoe store would do that. He’s happy now, and I will be in to buy a new pair for myself. Great customer service, and great boots!

Amazing boots

I always have to special order my size 14 H. You never have that size stock at you factory. So the store has to call other stores around the county go get my size. And that take weeks.

Hands down best customer service experience ever. Oscar coolest dude, helped my bf and I find shoes that fits our work environment. We work at a factory and are on our feet all day and decided to invest on better work shoes. He used thier new feet sizing machine thingy and we ended up with the most comfortable footwear. Thanks for the help!

Really helpful staff, good selection of work boots and casual boots with most sizes available in my size. Prices to fit most budgets with the variety they have to offer. They have Red Wing and Irish Setter boots. All in all a great boot shop worth checking out.

No matter which location I go to they are always helpful. I have been getting boots for my dad every Christmas for nearly 15 years here. The product is great along with the prices. Totally recommend it if you are in the trade business or just need a good boot!

Stopped by today and got me a pair of boots. Did not know much about what I was looking for but the older lady at the counter was able to help me pick the right boots for the job. The store is bit small and unless you looking googling for redwing I don't think you would see it from the road. I drove many times by this location and never thought they are in this plaza. Again great staff and show selection is decent however I got what I was looking for (steal toe with metatarsal guard HARD TO FIND). Happy

If you need Work Boots, Steel Toe or other. -Real man's work Boots.. This is the place to go. Not cheap, but excellent quality. -Ya get what you pay for.. Sales ladies, knowledgeable and helpful. Almost 2 years later, brought my Work Boots back for Repairs. When Redwing says Lifetime Guarantee, they mean it! Kudos to the young Manager Dude, who saved me buying a new pair of Boots, at least for now
