Great place to buy steel toe boots or shoes for men and women. Also they have other attire as socks and shirts (logo and it is in white only either long or short sleeved). Plus they do repair shoes or boots depending on wear and tear, can buy shoelaces as well.

Customer service is everything for me. And never felt so welcomed and important as on my visit to this store. I walked in here with the pair of boots I thought I liked and Donna didn't let me take them(they were more expensive too). She made sure I had the boots that better fit me. I couldn't believe I had been buying the "wrong" boots for the longest. I couldn't be happier with my King Toes from Red Wing!

I love my redwing shoes and boots! There's no other brand I want on my feet. Nice staff here and a good selection of newer styles.

My service and experience with rep was outstanding.

Gerardo, was very helpful in guiding me toward my new boot purchase. He showed me my options for what I needed and explained the different features. He also introduced me to the advantages of adding a zipper instead of laces, which I did purchase and am excited to try out for an easier in and out of the boots. He did the install of the zipper and they were ready the next day. Thank you!

When buying my 3rd pair boots from here I went with a different style than what I usually get. Unfortunately they just weren't as comfortable as what I bought previously. I went in to exchange them and they took my boots that I used for 2 weeks, no questions asked and let me choose whatever style I wanted to replace them. Although I felt guilty for taking back used boots, I couldn't justify keeping them. Thankfully they honored the 30 day comfort guarantee.

I was at this location a couple months ago to get a couple pairs of shoes for work. This was the nicest Red Wing store that I've been in! The 3 gentlemen working there were all great. 1 of them was Jamie. He was the one who was helping me directly. He definitely went the extra mile for me. He listened to what I needed and then explained in detail everything that they had to offer. He made sure everything fit properly before I walked out the door. Everything was great about this store. I'll definitely be back next year.
