Having never been to a Red Wings before, I walked into the store and was immediately greeted. The man was the GM, who explained where to look for what and explained all of the selections. I was very happy with the knowledge of the product and his sincere desire to help me get the right boot. He walked me through each boot I liked, the pros and cons and I left spending $350 happy.
